Product description
This pendant is a replica of a 1st century Roman fibula found in southern England. Today it is part of the collection of the British Museum in London. This pendant is made in the Celtic La Tene art style. Similar originals have been found in Gaul and were worn by the Gauls. The pendant is made in the shape of a stylized seahorse. The shapes of this piece of jewelry often occur in Celtic pottery and engravings from the Middle La Tène period.
