Chain mail chausses were worn by the Normans and the knights from the 11th century onwards. These chain mail chausses are made of unriveted round rings. The rings are made of galvanized mild steel and are woven together in a 4:1 construction. This means that 1 ring is attached to 4 other rings. These chausses can easily be adjusted to size and are approximately 96 cm long. They are attached to the belt.

2. Plastic cushions, clothing bags and plastic tape: separate or reuse your plastic. If possible, pierce the cushions with a volume reduction needle.
3. Paper packaging for jewelry and small items: these have a plastic inner layer. Remove these, then separate your paper and plastic.
