Product description
A doublet is a closely fitting coat worn by men from the late Middle Ages to the seventeenth century. The doublet originated in Spain and spread over the rest of the west of Europe. The doublet was developed from body protection such as gambesons and acketons.
This doublet is made of wool mix and can be worn over a shirt and pants. It has laces with brass lace ends to close the doublet at the front. The sleeves are also fastened with laces and these can also be detached during darm days.
