This bracelet is a replica of several early medieval originals. They were used between the 5th and 10th century as 'hack' silver. The worth of the bracelet could be hacked into pieces to use as a currency. They were worn by both men and women.
This bracelet is made of silvered bronze. It has a diameter of 6 cm and is suitable for a wrist circumference of 14-17 cm.
