A buckler was a small shield that could be held in the fist during man-to-man battles. It was a popular protection among infantrymen from the 12th to 17th century and it could be worn in both hands. Despite of the small size it was effective for deflicting blows.
This buckler is made of 2 mm thick steel. It has a diameter of 16,5 cm and weighs 0,55 kg. The grip is wrapped round with leather.

3. Paper packaging for jewelry and small items: these have a plastic inner layer. Remove these, then separate your paper and plastic.
