This necklace is made in the shape of the coat of arms of House Targaryen, from the Game of Thrones series. The members of the Targaryen family can withstand fire and ride dragons because they have the blood of ancient Valyria in them. Targaryen ruled Westeros for hundreds of years, but a war left only Daenerys and her brother, forcing them to flee to Essos. In the Game of Thrones series you can see how Daenerys tries to achieve her goal: to claim the Iron Throne.
