Product description
Gorgets like this were worn between the 16th and 18th centuries. The gorget increasingly became a signifier of officers. Later on, gorgets were regularly decorated with crosses for example if the wearer was a member of a knighthood. This gorget has straps on the side to which arm armour can be attached. It has a bronzed finish to protect against rust. Perfect for LARP and costumes.
