Product description

This iron brooch is a replica of a 9th-10th century Viking brooch excavated in Waterfort Ireland. Brooches like this were worn by the Norse Vikings in Scandinavia and on the British isles.
The style of this type of brooch with long needle has been influenced by the original Gaelic brooches that were worn in Ireland and Scotland.

This brooch is hand-forged of iron. It is 16 cm long with a 2,8 cm diameter.
