This fitting is based on a 9th-10th century original excavated in the Viking town of Birka. This fitting was used on a knife scabbard. The fitting was used to fasten the scabbard to the belt with a strap.

3. Paper packaging for jewelry and small items: these have a plastic inner layer. Remove these, then separate your paper and plastic.
