This bag is based on several medieval originals. Bags like this were regularly depicted in medieval visual art, often worn by pilgrims, but most people owned a textile shoulder bag. Bags like this were also worn in the early Middle Ages like the similar model found in the Viking city of Haithabu. As the original, this bag has a wooden clasp integrated into the bag. The bag is has a cord of 5 mm thick and 160 cm long to wear it around the shoulder.

2. Plastic cushions, clothing bags and plastic tape: separate or reuse your plastic. If possible, pierce the cushions with a volume reduction needle.
3. Paper packaging for jewelry and small items: these have a plastic inner layer. Remove these, then separate your paper and plastic.
