This Medieval ring brooch is a replica of an original made in France between 1350 and 1450. The brooch was excavated in England. The brooch contains the inscription 'ihesus nazaren [us] rex iudeoru [m] "(Jesus of Nazareth, king of the Jews). Brooches like this were worn in a great variety all over medieval Europe.
