Product description

This beautiful drinking horn is decorated with brass edges and a leaf motif, it is delivered including a leather holder! The autumn leaves on this horn symbolize Mabon, the autumnal equinox. During Mabon, the gods are thanked for the fruits that the earth has produced and for the harvest. In Neopaganism this does not necessarily have to be literally the harvest from the earth, but it can also mean the harvest in love, work, happiness, etc. The gods are asked for protection during the winter months. So when the orange and brown autumn leaves hit the ground, the time has come to be thankful for a fruitful year. Drinking horns have been used since ancient times at parties and other occasions. This drinking horn comes with a leather holder and can be hung on your belt during events, festivals, reenactment or LARP. It is also great for displaying at home.
