This relief is made after an altar piece from Tel el Amarna. The relief depicts detailed drawings of pharao Achnaton, his wife Queen Nefertiti and their three daughters. The original is nowadays part of the collection of the Neues Museum in Berlin. The original is made on slate and originates from 1351-1334 BC. Both parents sit on simple chairs of which several originals have been excavated. This relief is made of plaster alabaster and measures 16 x 12 cm. The back has an eye for hanging it to a wall.
