This battle-ready shield boss is made of 2 mm thick steel. It is made after depictions of Norman shields on the Bayeux Tapestry.
The shield boss has a diameter of 15,5 cm, a rounding with a width of 6 cm and a height of 5 cm and a weight of 250 g. It is delivered including four nails for attaching it to the shield.
