Delivery date
Most of our shipping options provide an estimation of the delivery date, to give you an indication on which day your parcel will arrive. After the parcel is shipped you receive a tracking code from us. Please note this delivery date is an indication only. No rights can be derived.
Shipment methods
We ship our regular shipments with GLS / Parcelforce. In most countries, GLS delivers within 1-4 business days. The price / speed ratio makes this a very balanced shipping option within the whole of Europe. For shipments to Finland and Greece, we ship via PostNL, which is an affordable transport service, linked to your national transport service.
Parcels outside Europe are shipped with PostNL and handed over to the national transport service (US: USPS, CA: Canada Post, CH: Swiss post, CN: China post).
Are you in a hurry? We offer express shipments worldwide with DHL express. This means delivery within the EU within one day, and delivery to the USA in 2-3 business days (depending on the customs check). Note: express shipments are expensive and are only offered at request
Our parcels are always insured against damage and loss. Please contact our customer’s service within 4 business days after receiving your parcel to report damage.

Customs (for export shipments outside the EU)
Export is one of our specialties. Every day our employees are responsible for creating custom declarations for worldwide shipments. In order to create accurate declarations we use the fitting HS tariff codes. Using the correct codes prevents misunderstanding from the customs and import duties that are significantly high. The height of the import duties depends on your country and the ordered items.
Our shipping times for export shipments include the average waiting time for a parcel at your country’s customs department. In some exceptional cases the parcel can be kept at the customs for a longer period of time.
