Description

This vegetable pot is made of spruce wood. This model vegetable pot has been in use since the Viking Age until the 20th century. With this jar you can preserve vegetables in a historical way. Go back to basics and preserve vegetables and herbs from your own garden. Instead of vinegar, salt and water are enough to start the fermentation. Weighting the vegetables will keep them airtight below the surface of the brine. Season the vegetable with black peppercorns, dill, mustard and spices, it will be a real treat! Also suitable for more exotic dishes such as kimchi.
