Product description
The doublet was a tight shirt for men that was worn in Western Europe from the Middle Ages until the 17th century. Originally it was a shirt to be worn underneath a hauberk or cuirass to prevent grazes. Around the 15th century the doublet became more decorated and it was also worn separately.
This doublet is made of velvet and at the front it can be closed with metal buttons. It is available in the colours black and brown in the sizes S up to XXXL.
Care label: 30 degrees laundry.
