Product description
Wooden swords are a great alternative to steel swords for training. They are cheaper than steel swords. If you alternate training with a wooden weapon a few times a month, your expensive sword will last much longer. Wooden weapons are also suitable for children. Wooden weapons are very suitable for reenactment groups and sword fighting schools to teach people how to sword fight, especially because beginners still handle the sword incorrectly and can unintentionally cause damage to the blade. This wooden gladius is based on original Roman swords from antiquity, used by Roman legionaries or foot soldiers. The gladius is made of contrasting light and dark hardwood. This gladius is made of steamed beech wood.
