Product description
The round shield is based on several 8th- to 12th-century images. Shields of this type were used in large numbers during the early Middle Ages, and continued to be employed well into the later medieval period.
The round shield is reinforced with steel and fitted with a steel edge. The reverse features enarmes and an iron bar.
It has a diameter of 56 cm and is 1.3 cm thick. It weighs approximately 2.5 kg. The round shield is well-suited to use in battles.
